All products purchased from UltimateSatHobby.com are non-refundable. We have this policy in place as we only sell brand new products and we do not want any opened item stock. Any shipping damages and / or shortages must be reported to UltimateSatHobby.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment. All sales are final. We will NOT refund any products purchased. However we will exchange products which found to be manufacture defective. Please make sure you know what you are doing with the products before contacting us for exchange. Receiver with changing the manufacture firmware will be voided the warranty from our store and/or warranty from manufacture. Defective receiver is considered if and only if the receiver has not changed the firmware and have a problem. |
