Some of the products on this site may have a special warranty and will be listed on the product page and superseeds the warranty time period This warranty "does not cover" cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than our factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance. Consumer instruction, physical set up or adjustment of any consumer electronic equipment, remote control batteries, signal reception problems, loss of use of the equipment, or unused programming charges due to equipment malfunction. When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware from the manufacturer. 3rd party software are not supported by us or the manufacturer and if used it will void the equipment manufacturers warranty Immediately. Note that the software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty and but may make your receiver inoperable. It may require service which is not covered under the warranty. File transfers errors are entirely your responsibility and we are not responsible for any receivers problems as a result of that. To avoid invaliding your warranty, contact your dealer to have a factory trained technician upload software to your receiver. Only official software and upgrades available from the manufacturers can be used with our receivers. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with a receiver. We DO NOT condone the use of these receivers or any satellite equipment for illegal purposes. However, we will help customers determine if the product is defective. E-mail us if you have any problem with any of our product, one of our in-house technician will attempt to troubleshoot your device to solve the issue, and exchange it if necessary. We do not response for any of illegal operation to use these products to again the law. To use these products to steal the signal with out authorization is considered crime and will be prohibited by the US criminal law. Take your own risk with the illegal tasks. If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged an unrecoverable merchant fee for the cancellation. Normally this is a 4% non-refundable credit card fee, plus $15.00 refund transaction fee. This can change based on customer's original order. I, the Purchaser, understand that certain cable/satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless beused in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer to sell me cable/satellite equipment, I, hereby declare, under penalties of perjury, that I understand that federal law and various state and local laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of cable/satellite television services, and that all products that I purchase from UltimateSatHobby.com, now and in the future, will not be used to intercept any cable/satellite television signal without proper authorization from my local cable/satellite company and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. UltimateSatHobby.com is selling you equipment so that you may use in a legitimate way as intended. It is not the intent of UltimateSatHobby.com to defraud any cable/satellite company, and UltimateSatHobby.com will not assist any individual in doing so. Receiving cable/satellite signals without proper payment is a crime. It is the customer's responsibility to notify their cable/satellite company of any equipment they may have, and must obtain permission to use such equipment. UltimateSatHobby.com will not be held responsible for any damages physical or legally that may be incurred while using equipment purchased from UltimateSatHobby.com. You must comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding private ownership of cable/satellite TV equipment. In the event that I am a dealer in cable/satellite television equipment, I will not advertise such products with the intent that any purchaser buy the equipment for the purpose of aiding in any theft of cable/satellite television services, nor will I sell or otherwise transfer any equipment I have purchased from UltimateSatHobby.com to any third party who I know or may suspect will use any such cable/satellite equipment for the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer, I agree to indemnify UltimateSatHobby.com for any liabilities, cost or expense which may incur, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration. Title 47 of the United States Code 553 (a)(1) states that: "No person shall intercept or receive or assist in intercepting or receiving any communications service offered over a cable system, unless specifically authorized to do so by a cable operator or as may otherwise be specifically authorized by law." By placing an order, the purchaser states that he/she is of legal age and those products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws when using these products. Buyer agrees to hold UltimateSatHobby.com, its owners, employees and affiliates free of any claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products ordered from this web site and/or products from external sites. Buyer further agrees to hold and save harmless distributor from any and all claims, liabilities, disputes and expenses such as attorney's fees from third parties resulting from improper use (i.e. hacking or pirating encoded pay satellite signal) of the equipment furnished by distributor, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs. |
